Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin Bread
Â
This English muffin bread mix is loaded with raisins and is made with premium cinnamon. It makes the perfect breakfast treat. With a little honey or jam, it’s almost like dessert.Â
I like it with a little cream cheese.
Customer Questions
- How does this compare to raisin bread at the store? It doesn’t. Homemade bread has a different taste and texture. And it doesn’t have all the preservatives and chemicals. And we use bigger, fresher raisins and a better grade of cinnamon.
- Why do you call it “English Muffin”? It’s designed as toast. You’ll get some extra crunch out of it.
- Can I make a sandwich out of it? Some do. I like raisins with some sandwiches–peanut butter and jam, certainly. In the gallery, there is a peanut butter banana sandwich on raisin bread. Raisins and a touch of cinnamon on a ham or turkey sandwich–oh yes!
- What if I want even more raisins? Go ahead and add them. Be careful adding more cinnamon. You can add a little more, but yeast is sensitive to cinnamon.
- What else could I add? Some are adding nuts. Good choice. You could add currents, a chopped apple, or dried cranberries.
- Could you recommend a jam for my toast? Funny, you should ask. We have a selection of incredibly rare and hard-to-find jams and jellies. Try several,
- What about honey? Yes, check out our honey flavors. I’m partial to Strawberry Rhubarb Honey and Peach Honey. During the holidays, it’s Pomegranate Honey.

This is a long-time favorite, trusted loaf. Yeast is sensitive to temperature. Please use a thermometer. If your family doesn’t absolutely love it, we’ll refund you.Â
Give it a try. It’s a great bread.
